Scholarships provide the necessary support and incentive to the needy and meritorious students. The college provides for the following scholarships /awards:

• Valedictorian for overall topper of second year undergraduate programs sponsored by the Alumni. This award recognizes academic merit by honouring the topper of the outgoing batch with a sash, certificate and a cash award of Rs 1000. 
• Cash awards for excellence in public speaking, sports, cultural activities and social service sponsored by the Alumni with effect from the year 2008 - 2009.
• Archbishop Eugene Memorial Award for topper Humanities - initiated in the year 2007-2008.
• Bhopal Jaycees rolling shield for BA Mgt II student for environmental awareness.
• Inter faculty rolling shield in sports.
• Prof G M Das memorial scholarships awarded to first three girl position holders in BA. 
• Prof GM Das rolling trophy for highest marks in psychology B A II.
• Manish Ratra memorial rolling trophy for best all rounder of B. Com II .
• Dr. Sr. Faustina Pereira memorial rolling trophy for topper of BA II .
• BSSS won Silver Jubilee trophy for best library user.

M. P. Government Scholarships:

These are given specifically to the students of M. P. who belong to SC, ST or other backward communities. The tribal welfare department announces these scholarships.

Scholarships from other states (Orissa):

Orissa Government issues this scholarship for students belonging to financially poor families. These are given to 10 - 15 students.

Sri Ratan Tata Trust Scholarships:

These are given to the top 5 meritorious students form MA Social Work Department.
