The Principal is the administrative head of
the college but to facilitate better functioning and efficiency the
Principal has decentralized work and strengthened the various faculties and
department by vesting more authority and responsibility in the hands of the
Heads of Departments. This is keeping with the concepts of moderns
Management in which we seek to train our young learners.
