MBA Twinning Programme - Assumption University, Thailand

The Bhopal School of Social Sciences is a pioneering undergraduate and postgraduate college of Management. A major focus area is the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and communication skills.

In keeping with these objectives, the college collaborates with Assumption University, Bangkok for a twinning program of four semesters MBA by which the students can specialize in areas of Management in an international environment as part of an international community without incurring very high costs. This international exposure helps position our students better in the highly competitive global job market.

Assumption University

Assumption University is the first International University in Thailand.  The university is a non-profit institution administered by the Brothers of St. Gabriel, a worldwide Catholic Religious Order. The university is an international community of scholars engaged in the pursuit of truth and knowledge, serving in the human society, especially through the creative use of interdisciplinary approaches and cyber technology. In addition to being accredited fully by the Ministry of University Affairs, Government of Thailand, it is also listed in the handbook of International Association of Universities and that of many institutions. Assumption University welcomes students from other countries and has students from more than 40 countries on its rolls.

Twinning Concept

Twinning educational programmes is a unique and creative concept in education. It provides an opportunity and access to students for studies abroad.  The students complete a part of the course in BSSS, Bhopal, India and complete the remaining semesters of their studies at the designated foreign university, which in this case is Assumption University (AU), Bangkok, Thailand.

• Students transfer to Assumption University, Bangkok, after completing one semester in BSSS.

Programs, Duration & Venue

• MBA-Masters of Business Administration.
• MS-TechM-Masters in Technology Management.

For both these four semester programs the students will study for one semester at BSSS Bhopal and for the remaining three at Assumption University, Bangkok.

Eligibility:  A Bachelor Degree in any field with a minimum of 55% aggregate.
