To facilitate wholesome, responsible and effective learning and grooming, parents and teachers need to keep in close contact with the students in order to guide them in all walks of life. BSSS has maintained a healthy tradition of keeping in touch with the parents by organizing parent teacher meet at regular intervals to keep them directly involved in the process of education.

This year Parents Teacher Association meet was organized on 01 December 2007, under the guidance of Dr. Fr. P.P.Joseph. This meeting was co-ordinated by the Academic in charge of the college Dr. J.K.Chawla and HOD of the department of Humanities Dr. Vinay Mishra. The agenda of the meeting was mid term exams, attendance, discipline, campus placement, parent's suggestions regarding various issues related to the students as well as the college.

Parents participated in this meeting and gave suggestions for the development of the college. They also shared feedback on the performance of their children. They interacted with the faculty members as well. The Executive Council of parents was also formed during the meet.

Executive body meet was organized on 23 February 2008 in which the members of Executive Council participated. Parents were informed about the forthcoming activities of the college and they appreciated the visit of His Excellency APJ Abdul Kalam and the Annual Function. Thus they showed their concern and extended support wherever required.
