BSSS NSS Volunteers Conduct Cleanliness Drive at Shahpura Lake

Under the Swachhata Pakhwada initiative, volunteers from the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS), Bhopal, organized a cleanliness drive at Shahpura Lake, Manisha Market Ghat. The drive was conducted to clear the accumulated silt and other waste materials remaining after the Ganesh Visarjan celebrations.

The cleanliness campaign commenced at 11:00 AM. A total of 92 NSS volunteers actively participated with great enthusiasm to clean the lake precinct. During the drive, volunteers were inspired by Mr. Rahul Singh Parihar, Program Officer, NSS Open Unit, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He appreciated the volunteers' efforts and encouraged them to consistently work toward environmental conservation and a clean India.

The event was successfully organized by senior NSS volunteers under the guidance of Program Officer Dr. D.B. Singh.
